End-to-end production from your first spec to a launch-ready, multi-platform build — handled by the full Forge Pipeline.
Everything from Game Design Document to final gold master build. No gaps — art, code, audio, QA, and launch assets all covered by the Forge Pipeline.
Handcrafted levels, progression systems, and content pacing — scaled to the scope of your project without the overhead of a large headcount.
Characters, environments, VFX, and UI — all produced by AI art agents working from your approved visual bible, with a human art director in the loop.
Story structure, dialogue, and voice acting direction crafted to your game's tone. Localization-ready from day one.
Analytics pipeline, update delivery system, and live ops tooling baked into the build — so you can patch, balance, and engage players post-launch.
Multi-platform builds (PC, console, mobile), certification submission, trailer, screenshots, and store page copy — all handled before handoff.
AI design agents generate the full GDD, visual bible, and tech spec from your concept. Human Creative Director reviews before anything is built.
Core mechanics built and playtested. First level completed. Art style locked. Gate approval before full production begins.
12+ AI agents running in parallel — art, code, audio, and level design simultaneously. Weekly reports and live build access throughout.
Dedicated QA agents run automated playtests around the clock. Bugs found and patched automatically, reviewed by human QA before the final polish pass.
Multi-platform build pipeline, certification submissions, store listings, and day-1 hotfix readiness — all handled before you take ownership.
Shipping the game is the beginning, not the end. Full Game clients can add a post-launch support agreement to keep the pipeline active after release.
Post-launch support is scoped as a monthly retainer based on estimated hours — covering bug fixes, balance patches, content updates, and live ops. Priced per project after launch.
Founders with funding ready to build a commercially viable game without assembling a full internal studio. Or studios with a proven concept — a successful prototype or vertical slice — that need to scale to a full launch-ready product without ballooning headcount.
End-to-end, a typical launch runs 4–9 months once production begins — but the total scope is set after the kickoff and Concept phase, not before. We break that into five Forge phases (Concept, Pre-Production, Production, QA & Polish, Launch) so progress is milestone-driven rather than time-driven.
Pricing is milestone-based, not hourly. Payments align with phase deliverables — GDD lock, vertical slice sign-off, alpha milestone, beta milestone, and gold master — so you only pay the next tranche when the prior deliverable is approved. This keeps incentives aligned and budget predictable for founders and publishers.
Multi-platform delivery is a default part of the engagement: PC (Steam), console (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), and mobile (iOS, Android). First-party certification submission is handled by our launch team — you do not need to navigate Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, or Apple approval processes on your own.
Post-launch is scoped as a monthly retainer covering 24–48 hour bug fixes, balance patches, content updates and DLC, live ops monitoring, and re-certification support when platforms update. Retainers are priced per project based on actual scope — there is no boilerplate package, so it fits your live game, not a generic one.
