Five Phases. Zero Bottlenecks.

01
Week 1–2

Concept & Design Brief

You give us your game concept — or we develop one with you. AI design agents generate the full game design document: gameplay loop, progression systems, visual style guide, and technical requirements. All reviewed by our Creative Director before moving forward.

Game Design Doc Visual Bible Tech Spec QA Plan
Input: Your concept brief or kickoff call
Agent: Design AI → generates GDD
Output: Full spec, reviewed by Creative Director
Gate: Human sign-off before Phase 2
02
Week 3–6

Pre-Production & Prototyping

AI agents build the playable prototype — core mechanics, first level, basic art. We test it against the design spec and iterate until the prototype feels right. This is the "prove it works" phase before full production.

Core Mechanic Prototype First Playable Level Style Lock Playtest Loop
Assets: 2D/3D generation agents
Code: Engine dev agents implement systems
Test: QA agents run automated playtests
Gate: Prototype sign-off → full production

Week 7–20

Full Production

The pipeline runs at full capacity. AI agents generate content, build levels, implement systems, and create assets in parallel. Human producers track progress and flag issues. Weekly reports go to you — full transparency, always.

All Game Levels Complete Asset Library Full Audio Suite System Integration
Art: 12 art agents in parallel
Code: 4 engine agents building systems
Design: 3 design agents building levels
Tracking: Live dashboard, weekly reports

Week 21–26

QA, Testing & Polish

Dedicated QA agents run automated playtests around the clock. AI finds bugs, imbalance, exploits, and UX friction — and fixes most of them automatically. Human QA reviews the agent fixes. We polish until it's ready.

Automated Playtests Bug Fixing Balance Tuning Final Polish Pass
AI Playtesting: 1000s of simulated sessions
Auto-fix: Agents patch bugs found
Human Review: QA team reviews agent fixes
Gate: Ship-ready certification

Week 27–28

Launch & Distribution

We handle the platform build pipeline — PC, console, mobile, or web. AI agents optimize each build for its target platform, handle certification submissions, and prepare store listings. Your game launches everywhere, ready for players.

Platform Builds Store Submission Launch Monitoring Day-1 Hotfix Ready
Build: Multi-platform compilation agents
Cert: Console submission automation
Store: Listings, trailers, and assets
Ops: Day-1 monitoring and hotfix ready

What Studios Say

Real outcomes from game developers who shipped with us.

22 Days to Vertical Slice
"We had a vertical slice done in 3 weeks. What normally takes an external studio 3 months, Axion knocked out autonomously. The prototype got greenlit by our publisher."
Rafael Moreno
Lead Developer, Neon Forge Games
Project: Roguelike Prototype — Delivered in 22 days
200-Player Beta in 6 Weeks
"Scaled a multiplayer concept from idea to a 200-player beta. Their agents kept scope tight, deliverables on time. We iterated on gameplay for weeks — zero dev overhead."
Priya Venkataraman
Creative Director, Hollow Arc Studio
Project: Multiplayer Prototype — 200-player beta in 6 weeks
3 Hires Replaced, 8-Week Delivery
"Replaced two contractors and a QA lead. Not because they're cheap — because they're faster and the code doesn't need five rounds of 'please fix this.' That alone paid for the engagement."
Daniel Osei
CTO, Threshold Interactive
Project: AI Integration for Live Game — Deployed in 8 weeks
60% Under Traditional Studio Quote
"We got a quote from a traditional studio — it was almost three times what Axion charged us for a comparable scope. And Axion delivered faster. The cost savings weren't a trade-off; the output was better."
Sasha Nair
Founder, Ironveil Labs
Project: Action Platformer — Full production build
3 Months Ahead of Internal Estimate
"Our internal team estimated 9 months to ship the mobile title. Axion had it done in 6. Not a rushed product either — it hit the App Store with a 4.7 rating out of the gate."
Marcus Tully
Studio Director, Drift Signal Games
Project: Mobile Action Title — Shipped 3 months early
