Common Questions

Can I start small and scale up later?
Yes. Many clients begin with a Prototype Sprint to validate their concept, then expand into a Full Game build once funding or traction is confirmed. We structure contracts to make this seamless.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically structure projects with an upfront deposit (30%) and milestone-based payments tied to the Forge Process phases. For larger Full Game builds, we can discuss longer payment windows.
Who owns the IP?
You do. We operate as a work-for-hire studio. All code, art, audio, and documentation we produce is fully owned by the client upon final payment. We do not retain rights or take revenue share.
What game engines do you work with?
We primarily use Unity and Godot. Unreal Engine is available on request. Our AI pipeline works across all three — the toolchain adapts to your team's existing stack if you have one.
How do you handle scope changes mid-project?
We lock scope at contract signing. Any additions or changes are scoped separately as a change order, so budgets stay clean. Our weekly sprint reviews catch scope drift early — we communicate before costs compound.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. Feature Build and Full Game clients can add post-launch support agreements covering bug fixes, balance patches, content updates, and live ops. Pricing is based on estimated hours per month.
